i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, they were lovely. breakfast was fabulous! it was a reasonable price for what i got. i enjoyed the location too. it was easy to walk to many places i wanted to visit.
the room smelled strongly of fresh paint, it was quite a strong smell. there was continuous hammering and drilling noise in the room above us too! this.

the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. the club lounge access was beneficial. everything felt catered for a short stay, it enhanced my travel experience. it was really convenient.
the bathroom ceiling felt low! this made showering a little uncomfortable. i think this could be improved for a better guest experience. more headroom is needed

the facilities were good, and the outside swimming pool area was well maintained.
i encountered several issues. firstly, the hot water faucet in the shower was broken, so i could not shower. i called reception, concierge, and housekeeping over 30 times without an answer, as it was late at night, around 1 am. also, the toothpaste was solidified was good, and still, no one answered to help me.
